 BOOT CAMP SPORTS ACADEMY MARKETING INTERNSHIP

 

Boot Camp Sports Academy (BCSA) is seeking a candidate to work in Bowie, Maryland office who wants to work with designing programs that will have a positive change in our youth.  Person selected will have to have a passion for developing programs to help educate our youth.  The ideal candidate would have a positive and capable attitude, work well in our team, and be able to adapt quickly to changes and new projects in our dynamic start up environment.

 

Your GOAL will be to help create and drive successful visibility/marketing campaigns which results in making BOOT CAMP SPORTS ACADEMY the most recognized name in the territory.

 

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Design postcards, emails, brochures, flyers and other various collateral to distribute to non-customers
  • Call/email assigned non-customers in the designated territory on a consistent basis in order to deepen the market penetration Boot Camp Sports Academy
  • Maintain in-depth information on non-customer schools by continually updating information, adding to mailing lists, etc.
  • Manage daily Facebook and other social media updates as well as expanding our visibility and social media interest by brainstorming contents such as contests or promotions.
  • Complete other various tasks when requested by area Boot Camp Sports Academy Representative(s)
  • Attending business briefing and assist in hosting seminars

SKILLS OR QUALITIES PERTINENT FOR THIS INTERNSHIP:

  • Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft
  • Familiarity with social media networks including Facebook and Twitter
  • Documented achievement in college level courses and active pursuit of a degree related to, but not limited to the following fields: Marketing, Journalism, Communication or Business
  • Good management of multiple assignments and timely completion of them
  • Quick worker but with attention to detail
  • Accurate, organized and up-to-date record-keeping of correspondences and schedule
  • Positive outlook and creative problem solving when handling objections
  • Discipline work ethic to achieve tasks and goals
  • Comfortable communicating with diverse people mostly via telephone and email contact, but also in person
  • Efficient with and has access to a computer, the internet and a phone
